Phil Haynes

Phil has a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (1998) and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education (1994). Phil has worked for 15 years as a physiotherapist in private practice, including four years working in the Republic of Ireland. In that time he has had experience working with elite athletes at Perth Football Club (1999 – 2000), St Nicholas Gaelic Football Club (2002 – 2005) and University College Cork Rugby (2005). Phil is currently physio for West Perth Coolbinia Amateur Football Club. Phil also provides physiotherapy services for the Osborne Park Amateur Football Club.

Phil played A Grade hockey in Perth from 1992 to 1999 and played representative hockey for the Perth Thundersticks in 1997 and 1998. Phil currently stays fit jogging regularly and playing tennis. He is currently playing off a single figure handicap at Western Australian Golf Club.

Phil’s main areas of interest in physiotherapy treatment include treatment of chronic neck and lower back pain. He also enjoys treating sporting injuries of the shoulder, knee and ankle. Phil looks forward to treating people in the local area of Mount Hawthorn as well as the surrounding suburbs of Joondanna, Leederville, North Perth and Osborne Park.
